A message dated July 26, 2004, was received July 30 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE BILL NO. 430                                                                            
      "An Act relating to employees under 21 years of age in the                                    
      premises of hotels, restaurants, and eating places that are licensed                          
      to sell, serve, deliver, or dispense alcoholic beverages."
